Hi, I’m Dr. Laura Froyen and I am on a mission to help parents reclaim peace, joy, and connection. I help parents and other caregivers find the root cause of their triggers and heal them once and for all. 

As a Mom of 2 with one on the spectrum, I understand how easy it is to put everyone else first, leaving you feeling drained and burnt out. With a Doctorate in Human Development and Family Studies; specializing in Couple and Family Therapy, I know how to help you re-pattern old narratives, soothe your nervous system, and set healthy boundaries. I am the founder of the BalancingU online community and host of The Balanced Parent podcast. It is my mission to help parents show up as their true, authentic & compassionate selves and live lives filled with deep connection and  lasting balance.

As a mom of six—many with a unique blend of neurodivergence and mental health challenges—I deeply understand the demands of motherhood and self-care. I am the founder of Vibrant Soul and host the Vibrant Happy Women Podcast, inspiring thousands worldwide. Leading transformative retreats across the globe, I empower women to embrace joy and authenticity. I live in Verona, Wisconsin, and find balance through yoga and time in nature.
 

 

 

The details:

Our retreat will be held at the peaceful and serene Holy Wisdom Monastery in Middleton, WI, a sanctuary designed to nurture your well-being. Each day runs from 9 AM to 4 PM, allowing for deep immersion in healing and restoration. A nourishing, vegetarian lunch is included to keep you grounded and energized throughout the day.

For those seeking an even deeper retreat experience, we recommend staying overnight, which will provide you with additional time for reflection, rest, and integration.

  • Single-occupancy onsite accommodations are available for Thursday, April 10th,  (booked separately through Holy Wisdom Monastery- availability not guaranteed) 
  • There are several lovely hotels in the area as well.
